2 CYCLE ENGINEERING DESIGN AND DATA SERVICES
Due to overseas shipping complications in some country's around the world, some of my otherwise potential customers have found it
easier to let us design and engineer performance packages and supply all needed engineering data and porting designs for their
intended applications. These engineering packages include complete porting design for any application including all time/area
calculations, port efficiency data,basic port lay-out, port preparation data,cylinder prep and build advisory commentary. In addition ,
Passion Racing Engines can also include in these packages full combustion chamber and head design for gasoline or
methanol,expansion chamber design,complete with full engineering data back-up. These engineering back-ups cover all applicable
data for inspection by professional engine builders to build directly off of, making the entire "package" easier to understand just exactly
what is happening from a overall view. I also may provide much more extensive balanced resonance , pressure ,velocity ,and
combustion data in some cases among numerous other complimentary design parameter comparison data.
All 2-stroke engines operate by the same laws of physics ,so this service is NOT limited to just Yamaha Banshee engines. Anything
from awe inspiring chain saws to record setting road race engines can be built from my data.
Contrary to what you may have read or discussed among friends, effective type specific 2 stroke engine design
processes ARE an exact science. Although the mathematics involved are far beyond the capability of most individuals ability, I've

Every individual section of this chamber is velocity and resonance matched from front to rear. In short, it comes on like an atomic bomb
and just never seems to shut off. Couple this with high quality manufacturing and aesthetically pleasing function, and you have an

Standard models were specifically designed for high BMEP engines from 392cc-485cc. Hybrid versions are available for 485-610cc.
This is ABSOLUTELY "THE" CHEETAH CUB PIPE OF ALL TIMES. We also designed pre-production alteration abilities to expand
specific application capability's and engine formats...so we can tune your pipes for your engine at a pre-production level. Never has this
level of precision tuning been offered to anyone that asks for it.
We offer these chambers in Bare, and Show Chrome.
Chamber bodies are TIG welded for the cleanest possible welds. All sets come with 6061T6 aluminum billet silencers(resonance
matched) with stainless steel perforated tubing and stainless steel packing(no more re-packs!), or optional fibre-glass packing for a
smooth quieter tone..All mounting tabs are beyond rigid for years of service.
Chambers were specifically designed to be infinitely adjustable from front to rear to insure fitting options required for different carb, filter
applications. They will clear the biggest mono-blocks and even the RZ Yamaha series cylinders. We tried to cover all the bases on
function. Petcock and plug access are excellent. They are symmetrically matched from side to side giving the most efficient slipstream
possible. We also offer custom tuned to your engine hybrid out of frame versions of this pipe. Optional interchangeable stinger section
versions also available for custom tuning at the track or as the need arises, you know, when you cant get past that need to REALLY rub it
